Monique Chiam (pronounced chee-Yam) is an artist from Cambridge, Ontario. Her simple, impressionistic style captures a cute and cozy atmosphere that glows with the joy found in appreciating the little things. Her work is strongly influenced by the comic books and cartoon tv shows of her childhood.

In her spare time, she can often be found visiting local destinations to sketch and paint on site with members of the Waterloo Region Urban Sketchers group.
